Advanced Diver Course

This program generally takes two days. With sufficient notice, we can usually offer this course when it’s most convenient for you.

• Be at least 15 years old
• Be certified to at least the Open Water Diver level or equivalent
• Be able to answer No to all the questions on the medical history questionnaire or obtain a physician’s approval for diving

Pricing is as follows:

• $295/person
• Price is contingent on having at least two students per class. Otherwise, private course fees apply.

• Certification card processing

Not included:

• Boat fees and/dive site admission
• Air or Nitrox fills

You supply:

• Mask and snorkel
• Adjustable scuba fins and wetsuit boots
• Full-length wetsuit (5 mm or more recommended)
• Cylinder
• Regulator system with alternate air source
• BC with integrated weight system or weight belt
• Weights
• Dive computer
• Underwater compass
• Dive knife/cutting tool
• Dive light
• SMB

Items you don’t already own are generally available for rent.

The Advanced course introduces you to a variety of specialized diving activities while increasing your confidence and comfort. Learning takes place entirely in open water, with an emphasis on fun and enjoyment.

Weather permitting, we teach the entire course offshore because you can’t really call yourself an Advanced diver if you do not know how to dive in the ocean.
